this time i wanto write about 5 things  common question how to BreastFeeding your twin babies:

1. Breast milk is always produce

how many babies you have, your breast milk is always produce with enough quantity, in theory your breast milk depent on the “demands” even youhave 4 baby, but you still have to consume much of healthy foods, such fruits and vegetables

2. Do BreastFeeding in the same time

almost all of expert advice to you to breastfeeding your twin babies in the same time, i just cant imagine how tired if we must feeding other baby when we have done with the first one.

3.Turn

Turn your twin babies for each breast, dont let your baby breast feeding from one side of your breast, just turn around, if your first baby feeding in the right side, turn it to the left, and so on. This can make  your milk produce stable for the both side.

4.Help with Formula Milk

if needed, especially youa have three babies or more, you can feeding them in the same time, two of them Breastfeeding, and the other feeding with a formula milk, then turn around the feeding. if the baby have a breast milk before, in the next turn you have to give formula milk, but make sure that your babies still milking from your breast often than formula milk

5.Ask for Help

you will very tired in the first week when your babies born, so asking for help from your closer people, for example, you can pump your breast milk in a baby bottle, when your babies wake up in the midnite, asking your husband or your family to give milkfeeding
